Reporting to the regional HR Director, you will be his/her trusted partner and will be in charge of the Regional office HR Management. Particularly, you will :
Ø Support the HR processes (recruitment, contracting, and performance)
Ø Ensure compliance with the HR policies and procedures and Labour law.
Ø You will be in charge of the payroll process.
Ø The role monitors HR datas for the West and Central Africa region and supports the department administration.
Qualification / Formation :
In addition to being fluent in both spoken as well as written English and French, you will ideally be a qualified HR professional and/or bring along substantial HR generalist experience focusing on HR administration management. You will be service orientated, with proven communication and interpersonal skills and an experience of working within a multi cultural environment. You have a good command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a proven ability to handle/prioritise challenging work load.
